1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using any application published by Tim Weston Apps ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Licence to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the terms of the app store you installed it from (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store).
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the app or its systems
3. The app is provided "as is"
Our apps are provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. You use the app at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tim Weston Apps disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tim Weston Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our apps.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed AUD $15.
5. Privacy
Your use of our apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
6. Updates and changes
We may update the app from time to time to fix bugs, add features, or comply with legal requirements. We may also update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via an updated date on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
